The job involves:
- Assisting with the performance management of marketing programs through the analysis of data
- Designing, developing, maintaining and administrating marketing data and reports
- Defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, drawing valid conclusions and providing potential solutions
- Ensuring the integrity of the data
- Providing information and reports on a timely basis
- Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
- Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
- Working as one team that supports and helps one another
- Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
The ideal candidate has:
- Post secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Math, Economics or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience
- Experience working with data analysis, business and financial analysis
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in high paced corporate environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Access, SQL Server, relational databases and statistics
